$1.5 bn received from nonoil exports for Jan-Jun

August 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's exports amounted to $18.5 bn, including $1.5 bn in the nonoil sector for Jan-Jun 2022 (growth in the nonoil sector by $295.4 million, or 25.4% against 2021).

ABC.AZ reports, referring to July’s issue of the Export Review of the Center for Analysis & Communication of Economic Reforms, that in the 1st half of 2022 the export of fruit and vegetable products grew by 7.1% (versus Jan-Jun 2021) up to $328.1 million.

Exports of chemical industry products grew 5-fold, aluminum and products made from it – 2-fold, ferrous metals and products made from them by 26.1%, cotton yarn by 5.2%, and cotton fiber by 12.8%.
