New powers given to Economy Ministry

August 2, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree of November 24, 2010 "On the application of the Law on the State Budget for 2011".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the change, now after the end of each quarter, the Economy Ministry, together with the relevant institutions, must analyze tax calculations and payments of legal entities whose shares (shares) belong to the state by more than 50%, and take measures to ensure the payment of taxes to the state budget, as well as once a year inform the country’s president about the work done.
