Oil gets more expensive, and Brent is at $94.49 a barrel

August 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Friday’s trading after strong decline in the last two sessions.

At the London ICE Futures Exchange October’s Brent crude futures rose by $0.37 (0.39%) to $94.49 per barrel by 9 am. Following the trading on 4 August, the price of October’s Brent crude futures fell by $2.66 (2.75%) to $94.12 per barrel.

At the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) September’s WTI oil futures increased in price by $0.54 (0.61%) to $89.08 per barrel by 9 am. Following the trading on 4 August, the price of September’s WTI oil futures fell by $2.12 (2.34%) to $88.54 per barrel.
