Turkish vessel to provide energy to Russian LNG plant


August 10, Fineko/abc.az. Russian company Novatek will order a floating power plant with capacity of about 300-400 MW, powered by gas piston engines, from Turkey’s Karpowership.

ABC.AZ reports that probably, the same power supply option will be adopted for the second and third lines of the LNG plant.

Karpowership, one of the subsidiaries of the Karadeniz holding, produces floating power plants that can run on LNG, natural gas and fuel oil installed on a platform or on a ship.
