August 16, Fineko/abc.az. For seven months of this year, electricity generation by Azerenergy OJSC amounted to 14,653.6 million kilowatt-hours (13,578 million kilowatt-hours at thermal power plants, 1,075.6 million kilowatt-hours at hydroelectric power stations), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Energy.

During the reporting period, the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic produced 268.8 million kilowatt-hours (156.5 million kilowatt-hours at thermal power plants, 77.8 million kilowatt-hours at hydroelectric power plants, 34.5 million kilowatt-hours at solar power plants), 39.06 million kilowatt-hours on Azerishig OJSC wind power plants, 1,316.64 million kilowatt-hours on independent power plants.
