August 19, Fineko/abc.az. Afghanistan is exploring the possibility of buying oil products and goods through a barter scheme. In return, the country agrees to export minerals, raisins and raw materials for medicines to Russia, Minister of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan Nuriddin Azizi said, ABC.AZ reports referring to RIA Novosti.

“Our priority is to import these Russian goods on a barter basis. If operations under this scheme do not work, then we can use financial transactions. There are no problems with this issue,” he said.
