The real estate on the balance sheet of DemirBank OJSC, which is in liquidation of the Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for an open auction at the Baku Auction Center on August 31, at 11:00 a.m. (GMT +4).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Fund that real estate is a non-residential premises with an area of ​​0.12798 hectares  located in the Zardabi settlement of Guba (total area - 1221.4 m2).

The initial sale price of real estate is 170,000 manats. The auction organization is paid a deposit in the amount of 5% of the sale price, and the purchase price is paid to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
