August 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are authorized to impose fines for the burning of a crop area.

According to ABC.AZ, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree in this regard.

Under the amendment, cases of administrative offenses under Article 244-1 of the Code (arson of sown area) will be considered by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Agriculture.
