Owner of Russia-based McDonald's intends to acquire another company

September 2, Fineko/abc.az. The new owner of the McDonald's restaurant chain, Alexander Govor, who left Russia, plans to acquire another Western company.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign media that the entrepreneur offered 151 million euro for the company's assets in Russia.

The company that the entrepreneur plans to buy is Huhtamaki, a manufacturer of disposable tableware and packaging. Govor intends to buy this company with loans from Sberbank, which is under Western sanctions.
