September 7, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani honey ranked 3rd at the 47th Congress of the International Federation of Beekeeping Associations (APIMONDIA) held in Istanbul, Turkiye, from August 24 to 28, 2022, Report informs via the Azerbaijani Agriculture Ministry.

ABC.AZ reports that in addition to beekeepers, 161 participants from 44 countries, including experts, entrepreneurs, technicians, and officials, attended the congress.

At the exhibition, Azerbaijani beekeepers demonstrated their products in the national pavilion. Visitors were given extensive information about the Bozdag Caucasian bee, which is the gene fund of Azerbaijan, and the state support for the development of beekeeping. In the pavilion, visitors could taste the Azerbaijani honey.
