September 8, Fineko/abc.az. The winner of the open tender procedure, announced by the Ministry of Justice has been published.

ABC.AZ reports that the Ministry will pay AZN 6.895 million to tender winner Evrodizayn (INN-2900061521) CJSC for the purchase of electronic controls applied to convicts and related equipment, as well as electronic monitoring systems, information resource “Convicted persons serving sentences and arrested”, the preservation of existing electronic control devices and other equipment, licenses, software, as well as communication infrastructure maintenance services.

For many years there have been numerous reports in the press that Evrodizayn belongs to the late Youth & Sports Minister Azad Rahimov, and to date they have not been refuted.
