Buyer of Unibank’s shares becomes known

September 8, Fineko/abc.az. The recently-issued shares of Unibank have been acquired by Emin Guliyev.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said person acquired 15,716 newly-issued shares of the bank.

The transaction amount is 42,747.52 manats, and the nominal price of each share is 2.72 manats.

After the closing of the transaction, Guliyev, owning 188,308 ordinary paper shares, has a 0.3592% equity stake in the authorized capital of Unibank. It should be noted that Emin Guliyev is deputy chairman of Unibank Supervisory Board.
