The High-Tech Park (HT Park) Supervisory Board has held a meeting at the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.

Academy’s vice president, academician Ibrahim Guliyev has stated that the meeting is dedicated to the annual report on HT Park’s activity.

"The main purpose of the HT Park is to ensure cooperation in format science-state-industry and construction through commercialization of science, national innovation ecosystem and knowledge economy," Guliyev said.

During the meeting HT Park’s director and Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences Vugar Babayev reported himself on Park’s activity for 2016-17 and pointed out that being knowledge-intensive, the Business Incubation Centre (BIC) has the ability to combine more than 7,000 professional scientists and experts, and the industrial centre is a place of production with special status and provides ideal infrastructure for residents.
