New chairman appointed at AtaSigorta

September 20, Fineko/abc.az. Khatai Ismailov, acting chairman of board at AtaSigorta, has been confirmed as the chairman.

ABC.AZ reports that he replaced Orkhan Mammadov in his new post.

AtaSigorta has been operating in the insurance market since 2004, and is part of AtaHolding OJSC. The authorized capital of the company is AZN 14.6 million. The company's shares are 100% owned by the holding.
