September 20, Fineko/abc.az. Azercosmos and the Turkish Space Agency have signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

ABC.AZ reports that the signing ceremony took place within the framework of the International Astronautics Congress in Paris.

The Memo envisages strengthening cooperation in the field of remote Earth observation and technology development, as well as expanding mutually beneficial experience and knowledge exchange programs to assess commercial and educational opportunities in the space sector.

The document will pave the way for joint activities of Azercosmos and the Turkish Space Agency in international space projects, active cooperation in the development of the local space ecosystem, space science and other spheres.
