September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Partial mobilization has been announced in Russia starting from today.

ABC.AZ reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin stated about this during an address to the citizens of Russia.

Only citizens who are currently in the reserve and, above all, those who have served in the ranks of the armed forces, have certain military accounting specialties and relevant experience will be subject to conscription for military service.

"Those called up for military service before being sent to units will necessarily undergo additional military training, taking into account the experience of a special military operation," Putin stated.

The relevant decree has already been signed. Mobilization activities will begin on 21 September.
