Mazda considers stoppage of production in Russia

September 26, Fineko/abc.az. Japan’s Mazda is considering the possibility of completely stopping the manufacture of cars in Russia, ABC.AZ reports, referring newspaper Nikkei.

The Japanese company produces cars at a joint venture with company Sollers Auto in Vladivostok.

The manufacture has already been suspended because of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and now the Japanese car maker is considering the possibility of completely withdrawing from the joint venture.

The decision to stop selling cars or their maintenance in Russia has not yet been made.
