September 26, Fineko/abc.az. On 12 October, at 11 am, an open auction for the sale of real estate on the balance sheet of Amrahbank, liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, will be held at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the ADIF that the real estate is the non-residential premises (31 sq m) located at address: Baku city, Yasamal district, Suleiman Tagizade Street 80/12.

The initial sale price of the property is 245,000 manats. Advance payment of 5% of the sale price must be paid to the organization. The purchase price must be credited to the customer's account within 7 calendar days. Required documents for participation in the open auction: identity card, constituent documents.
