September 28, Fineko/abc.az. The real estate on the balance sheet of Texnikabank, which is in liquidation of the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for open auction at the Baku Auction Center at 11 pm on 12 October.

ABC.AZ reports that real estate is non–residential premises (150.4 sq m) located at address: Baku city, Nasimi district, Imran Gasimov Street, 47, 49.

The initial sale price of the property is 800,000 manats.

5% of the sale price must be paid to the auction organization in the form of a deposit.

The purchase must be paid by transferring finances to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
