Mortgage Fund has published margin

September 29, Fineko/abc.az. The margin on mortgage loans of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund became known.

ABC.AZ reports that Rasim Abdullayev, the director of the AMCGF Mortgage Lending Department, told about this at a training for journalists, noting that 4% of the 8% fixed on ordinary mortgage loans are directed for bank costs.

He noted that the prime cost of finances raised by the AMCGF is 3% and 1% is the margin set by the AMCGF.
