ASB Supervisory Board chairman replaced

October 3, Fineko/abc.az. Ahmed Gezal has been appointed the new chairman to the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Industrial Bank OJSC (ASB).

ABC.AZ reports that he replaced Zeynab Konyar in the management of the bank.

Both of them are children of Abdulbari Gezal, president of Azersun Holding, which includes ASB.

ASB started its activity in 1996 under the name Capital Investment Bank, and rebranded in 2006. Its authorized capital is AZN 60 million. 98.4252% of bank's shares belong to Anadolu Investment Company LLC, 1% to Leyla Gezal Kurt, 0.5748% to Azerbaijan Industrial Leasing LLC.
