October 3, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Center for Legal Expertise & Legislative Initiatives (HEQT Center), Muhammad Guluzade has been appointed the chairman of board at the Institute of Law & Human Rights.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decision was made by the Supervisory Board of the HEQT Center.

Muhammad Guluzade, who was born in 1980, graduated from the bachelor's degree of the Faculty of International Law of the Baku State University in 2001, and master's degree in International law at the University of Essex in the UK in 2002. In 2003-2006, he studied at the postgraduate course of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. He is currently a Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
