ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made such a statement in an interview for the Azerbaijani press in Prague on 6 October after regular talks with Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan.

The head of state noted that the matter of Armenians living in Karabakh is an internal matter of Azerbaijan, and this issue will not be touched upon in the peace treaty: "This is our internal matter, Armenians will have the same rights as Azerbaijani citizens."
