Moldovan president receives less than 1,000 euro a month

October 7, Fineko/abc.az. Moldovan President Maia Sandu said that she receives salary of less than 1,000 euro a month.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the foreign media that Sandu informed about this in an interview published on Thursday by The Washington Post.

Sandu emphasized that she does not live in the presidential residence because she does not want to "spend people's money" on electricity for her needs.

The president stated that she was not dissatisfied with her salary.
