October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Within the framework of the state visit of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Kyrgyzstan, a number of documents aimed at increasing Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz cooperation have been signed.

ABC.AZ reports that Ilham Aliyev and Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Decision of the First Meeting of the Interstate Council of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

In addition, the following documents have been signed:

- Agreement on the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Development Fund;

- Agreement on cooperation in the field of plant quarantine;

- The program of cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan for 2023-2025;

- Protocol on cooperation in the field of compulsory State social insurance;

- Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of environmental protection and mutual understanding;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kyrgyzstan and the Small & Medium-Sized Business Development Agency of Azerbaijan (KOBIA);

- Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Kyrgyzstan and the Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Azerbaijan;

- Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of twinning relations between Baku and Bishkek
