Do Turkiye-Armenia relations change?

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian media that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during his speech in parliament.

During his speech, Pashinyan also recalled a telephone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan this year, and then a meeting in Prague: "Analyzing the situation, I realized that during contacts with the Turkish side in August-October of this year, we were able to overcome communication difficulties."
