Ecology Minister: Azerbaijan observes tendency of reduction of water resources

November 2, Fineko/abc.az. "Most of the world's population suffers from water scarcity, and it is expected that this problem will worsen even more in the future. In our country, too, as a result of the influence of climate change, there is a tendency of reduction of water resources."

ABC.AZ reports that Ecology & Natural Resources Minister Mukhtar Babayev stated about this at conference "Sustainable Development Goals for Green Transformation in Azerbaijan".

He added that large-scale measures are underway to use effectively the water resources, reduce losses, and create new water sources, control electronics and other areas.
