Interest in farm animal insurance decreased

November 2, Fineko/abc.az. Interest in farm animal insurance has decreased in Azerbaijan.

From January to September 2022, the premiums for AZN 2.569 million were gathered on farm animal insurance, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank.

The insurance compensation payments on this type of insurance amounted to AZN 617,000.

Compared with Jan-Sept 2021, the premiums on insurance of farm animals decreased by AZN 1.625 million or 39%.

Compensation payments on this type of insurance increased by AZN 248,000 or by 67.2% (against Jan-Sept 2021) up to AZN 617,000.
