Global brand owners increased their wealth in October

November 10, Fineko/abc.az. Last month was the most profitable for US billionaires in the last 46 years, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Forbes.

In October, each of the 26 American billionaires earned at least $1 bn.

Larry Ellison, co-founder, chairman and CTO of Oracle IT Corporation, made most of all money last month. His fortune increased by $16.6 bn in just one month.

Legendary investor Warren Buffett, who owns shares in such companies as American Express, Coca-Cola and Chevron, earned $8.9 bn in October.

This month, the fortune of Phil Knight, the founder of Nike, a manufacturer of shoes and sportswear, grew by $2.9 bn.
