ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in a joint press statement with Albanian President Bajram Begaj.
"I am sure that this visit will give a powerful impetus to the development of Albanian-Azerbaijani relations. We discussed many issues with you today at a one-on-one meeting and expressed confidence that there are excellent opportunities for further close cooperation," Ilham Aliyev emphasized.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree according to which the import of automobiles into the territory of Azerbaijan, whose operation exceeds 10 years will be restricted.

Owners of motor vehicles registered in foreign countries, or persons driving these vehicles passing through the territory of Azerbaijan, will be considered road tax payers and vehicles belonging to these persons as the object of road tax.
