ABC.AZ reports that MP Razi Nurullayev said this during his speech at parliament.

"The way out is a certificate of the applicant's family issued by the relevant executive authority. Now it is necessary to remove from the agenda such issues as a plot of land available in the name of the applicant or cars from the 70s of the last century. Representatives of the local executive authorities know each person individually, and each of them is a living archive," the deputy said.
