Cost of oil rises, and Brent is at $90.42 a barrel

November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Friday’s trading after strong fall at the end of the previous session.

The price of January Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange rose by $0.64 (0.71%) to $90.42 per barrel by 08:43 am. Following the trading on 17 November, those contracts fell by $3.08 (3.32%), to $89.78 per barrel.

The price of December futures for WTI crude oil on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 08:41 am increased by $0.79 (0.97%) to $82.43 per barrel. Following the trading on 17 November, the price of those contracts collapsed by $3.95 (4.62%), to $81.64 per barrel.
