ABC.AZ reports that December 31 - The Day of Solidarity of Azerbaijanis of the World and January 1-2 - the New Year holiday are declared public holidays.
Due to the fact that December 31, 2022 and January 1, 2023 fall on Saturday and Sunday, according to the Labor Code, working days and weekends are reversed, January 3 and 4, 2023 will also be non-working days.
Thus, there will be 5 consecutive non-working days in the new year.
