Auction date for Unibank bonds declared

November 24, Fineko/abc.az. By the BSE Listing Committee’s decision, Unibank’s bonds with total value of $12 million were included in the standard market segment on 21 November.

ABC.AZ was informed at the BSE that the auction will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange on 30 November 2022.

The number of interest-bearing, unsecured non-documentary bonds is 12,000, the nominal value of each of them - $1,000, the annual interest rate - 8%, the circulation period - 6 years, and the coupon interest payment period - 90 days.

The placement underwriter is investment company Unicapital.
