Payments to persons engaged in private medical practice to be made in cashless form

November 25, Fineko/abc.az. Payments exceeding 500 manats within the framework of one operation for medical services rendered by individuals engaged in private medical practice will also be carried out in cashless form.

ABC.AZ reports that the range of settlements carried out in cashless form expands.

The bill on amendments to the Law on Non-Cash Payments was approved by Milli Majlis in the 2nd reading.

According to the amendments, non-cash payments in the amount of more than 500 manats in one operation for medical services rendered by medical institutions, as well as individuals engaged in private medical practice should be accepted to this procedure.

Thus, the same legal regime for non-cash transactions applies to all private medical activities.
