Oil gets cheaper, and Brent is at $81.24 a barrel

November 28, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are falling in Monday’s trading.

The price of January Brent futures at the London ICE Futures exchange by 9:25 am decreased by $2.39 (2.86%) to $81.24 per barrel. Following the trading on 25 November, these contracts fell by $1.71 (2.00%) to $83.63 per barrel.

By 9:25 am, the price of WTI crude oil futures for January on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) fell by $2.31 (3.03%), to $73.97 per barrel. Following the trading on 25 November, the value of these contracts slumped by $1.80 (2.31%), to $76,28 per barrel.

At the end of last week, Brent fell by 4.55% and WTI by 4.78%.
