Problem loans decreased in Azerbaijan

November 29, Fineko/abc.az. As of 1 November 2022, the amount of overdue loans in Azerbaijan reached AZN 646 million.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that the figure is 0.5% less against the indicator as of 1 October 2022.

The number of problem loans in the country decreased by 10.2% compared with early 2022 and by 20.8% year-on-year.

At the end of October, the share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio made up 3.2%. This indicator was 3.3% at the end of this September, 4.2% at the end of 2021, and 5% at the end of last October.
