MIDA declares tender results

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has announced the results of the tender procedure for construction of a 15-storey 1-block residential building # 1 and a 2-storey kindergarten #14.

ABC.AZ reports that the tender winner is Yar Inşaat Təmir Tikinti, MMC Araz Inşaatçı MMC Konsorsium. A contract for AZN 7.4 million was signed with the company.

The company has previously won a tender for construction of kindergarten #62 for 240 seats on an area of 18.81 hectares in the western part of Baku, Surakhani district, Govsan village in the amount of AZN 3.679 million (16/12/2021).
