Oil value changes in different directions, and Brent is at $87.00 a barrel

December 2, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are changing in different ways in Friday’s trading.

The cost of February Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $0.12 (0.14%) to $87.00 per barrel by 9:10 am. Following the trading on 1 December, Brent crude futures for February fell by $0.09 (0.10%), to $86.88 per barrel.

By 9:10 am, the price of WTI crude oil futures for January on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) declined by $0.03 (0.04%) to $81.19 per barrel. Following the trading on 1 December, the price of January WTI oil futures grew by $0.67 (3.01%) to $81.22 per barrel.
