Gunay Sigorta premiums drop sharply – what is going on in the company?

December 2, Fineko/abc.az. Gunay Sigorta’s premiums have decreased sharply this year.

ABC.AZ reports that this problem, which started earlier this year, cannot be fixed.

This trend is also reflected in Central Bank’s report for Jan-Oct 2022. So, for the past 10 months the company gathered premiums for AZN 6.4 million (AZN 2.249 million, or 26% less versus Jan-Oct 2021).

As for insured events that occurred during the reported term, there was an increase in the amount of compensations paid. Compared with Jan-Oct 2021, compensation payments grew by AZN 13,000 or 0.4% up to AZN 3.414 million.
