What will be fate of Armenians who will live in Karabakh? - Statement


December 6, Fineko/abc.az. "The use of the Lachin corridor for non-humanitarian purposes is prohibited," ABC.AZ reports, citing Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov as saying this at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow on 5 December.

The minister points out that a range of points of the trilateral statements are not being implemented by Armenia.
Bayramov spoke about the third package of responses submitted to Armenia by our country under the peace treaty.

He also touched upon the fate of the Armenians who will live in Karabakh.

Sergey Lavrov noted that official Moscow is interested in normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations: “Russia intends to promote the opening of transport links between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the delimitation of borders and the conclusion of a peace treaty."
During the meeting a plan of consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Russia for 2023-24 was also signed.
