Oil fields discovered in Turkiye

December 6, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will soon announce the discovery of oil fields in Sirnak (south-east of the country), whose reserves are estimated at $250 bn. 

ABC.AZ reports that Sabah columnist Yavuz Donat wrote an article about the discovered oil reserves in Sirnak and said that President Erdogan will make a statement on the occasion in the coming days. 

According to Donat, with reference to experts, new wells have been drilled in the region, with each new well the numbers are growing. 
The oil reserves found on Mount Gabar, Sirnak, are twice as large as the oil reserves in Turkiye.
