December 8, Fineko/abc.az. As part of the fight against the legalization of criminally acquired property and the financing of terrorism, the procedure for monitoring compliance with the requirements concerning civil disobedience is being established. 

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft law "On countering the legalization of property acquired by criminal means and the financing of terrorism".

According to the draft, the requirements relating to civil law relations are understood as the inadmissibility of the persons listed below having a significant share of participation or being beneficial owners of persons bearing obligations, as well as performing managerial functions in persons bearing obligations.
The persons responsible are financial institutions, as well as non-financial institutions and specialists who are obliged to implement the measures provided for by this law in order to prevent the legalization of property acquired by criminal means and the financing of terrorism.
