December 12, Fineko/abc.az. "Azerbaijani citizens working in foreign countries can use a mortgage loan," ABC.AZ quotes Rasim Abdullayev, the department director of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund.

"Since employees working abroad do not have data in the electronic system, they must provide the appropriate supporting documents about their income on paper. In this regard, there is Cabinet Ministers’ resolution on approval of the "Procedure for calculating the total monthly income of the borrower (borrowers) on a mortgage loan given at the expense of the AMCGF, including on a preferential mortgage loan. A notice of an employment contract, a certificate from the place of work, an extract from bank accounts and identity cards of family members – these documents are needed in order to apply for a mortgage loan," he said.
