Lavrov: Matter of Lachin road to be resolved in near future

January 18, Fineko/abc.az. "Yesterday I had a phone conversation with Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov. During the phone conversation we discussed the situation on the Lachin road."

ABC.AZ reports that Russian FM Sergey Lavrov said this at a press conference on the results of diplomacy in 2022.

He added that in accordance with the trilateral statement signed by the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 9, 2020, the Lachin road should be opened to trucks, vehicles and civilians.

"I believe the issue will be resolved in the near future," the Russian FM added.
