Customs Committee’s powers to issue permits for international road transport canceled

January 24, Fineko/abc.az. The powers of the State Customs Committee to issue authorization forms at checkpoints across the state border to vehicles engaged in international road transport have been abolished.

This is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Customs Code.

It also implies the abolition of state duty for issuance of permit forms, which is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Law on State Duty.

Introduction of the innovation is planned from 1 March 2022.
