Russia to import products from Azerbaijan for lack of olive oil

January 27, Fineko/abc.az. Due to the shortage of olive oil in Russia, the import of this product from Azerbaijan has increased.

ABC.AZ reports that Tatiana Tkachenko, the director of Russian company Henry MR LLC, stated about this at the national forum of exporters and importers in Baku.

She added that after 24 February 2022 (with the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war), the country faced problems importing products from many industries: "One of them was olive oil."

Tkachenko stressed that there are no problems with the import of olive oil from Azerbaijan: "But difficulties sometimes arise even in imports from Kazakhstan and Belarus."
