February 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has called today his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state noted that Azerbaijan is deeply shocked and saddened by the news of numerous human casualties and destruction as a result of the earthquake in Turkiye.

President Aliyev expressed condolences to the Turkish leader, the fraternal people of Turkiye in connection with the loss of life as a result of the earthquake, and wished speedy recovery to the injured.
