Azerbaijan's trade turnover with CIS countries increased

February 9, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's trade turnover with the CIS countries totaled $6.49 bn in 2022 (28.2% more than in 2021).

ABC.AZ reports that Azerbaijan's exports to the CIS countries decreased by 8.7% to $1.635 bn, while imports increased by 50.8% up to $4.413 bn.

In 2022, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan became the Top 3 leaders on Azerbaijan’s trade turnover with the CIS countries.

Azerbaijan’s trade turnover with Russia for 2022 grew by 23.9% up to $3.7 bn, with Ukraine dropped by 33% to $617.779 million and with Kazakhstan increased 4.4-fold up to $598.468 million.
