If a non-food product of the required quality in its shape, size, style, color does not suit the consumer or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose, the consumer has the right to exchange it for goods of the required quality within 14 days from the date of its receipt, provided that the day of receipt of the goods is not counted.
ABC.AZ reports that at the same time, if there is no suitable product on sale at the time of the exchange of goods, the consumer has the right, after recalculating the cost, to buy any other product and either take money in the amount of the value of the returned product, or change it as soon as the corresponding product goes on sale.
